Well guys.
The reason I am emotionally unstable (lol).
British television. Downton Abbey in particular. ;)
I jumped on the band-wagon a little late, so I'm only on season three, but hey. I can enjoy it longer than the rest of you haha!
I haven't gotten to the episode of Matthew's death, but I do know he dies.
He is my favorite character and I think I might cry because my friends told me it's extremely sad.
UGHHH THE FEELS!
So here's some GIFs cause they are fab.
Can they get any cuter? Matthew and Mary are literally my favorite couple in all the British shows I've seen.
For sure.
The glorious moment Mary finally said, "Yes!"
"No, you have to do it the proper way. Get down on one knee!" {paraphrase}
THE FEELS IS TOO MUCH ASHALKSJSNKND
Was I the only one who was strangely... happy (?) when Lavinia died?
She was so sweet and stuff but... Sorry, Lavinia. You've gotta go. She was in the way!
Oh, Maggie Smith.
She plays her role fabulously and she's one of my favorite characters.
I find myself repeating this line often hehe.
same granny, same.
Mary's sass though *laughing emojis*
I have not seen any of them. I'll have to find it in Netflix and binge watch
ReplyDeleteYou can only get it on disc through Netflix. It's realllyyy good.
DeleteI AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!! I am waiting for the 6th season!

DeleteTHESE GIFS HAVE GIVEN ME LIFE. And you are awesome and I'm following you forever, cool? COOL. Aw yes it's so sad when Matthew dies. :'( BUT YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT WITH LOTS OF TISSUES AND CHOCOLATE. ♥ we can all be emotionally unstable together. oh and yes poor Lavinia. She was "an obstacle to Mary's happiness," though. Hahahahaa. XD

ASDFGHJKL YAS FOLLOW ME FOREVER THAT IS TOTALLY COOL! Matthew is too amazing to die UGH! Yeah, BYE LAVINIA. KINDA NOT SAD AT ALL TO SEE YOU GOOOO!!!
DeleteI heard a bunch of stuff on Downtown Abbey, so I watched the first episode and was very surprised at seeing they put homosexuality in a show that begun in 1912. I really like period dramas (Emma, Sense & Sensibility, etc. There so beautiful!) but was disappointed at Downtown Abbey, for putting such a thing in there.

Yes, I agree. I didn't watch but 50% of the first episodes. I didn't watch Downton Abbey for a really long time because I heard that was in there, but was told by several friends that after you get past the first couple of episodes it's fine, and they were right! I advise everyone to skim through the first couple episodes.
