BIRTHDAY REMINISCENCE

First things first, I want to (again) thank every single person who wished me a happy birthday in my last post. It made me smile ridiculously large. :) I had a fabulous birthday despite my weird, unexplainable feelings.

I had such an awesome weekend! I got to have two friends come over the day before and we spent the day at the lake and Jacy and I uke-d til we puked while Veronica used her sneaky photographing skills and got loads of pictures and a few videos of us singing NEEDTOBREATHE (a.k.a best band known to man).
Uke-ing

Later on went to dinner (and maybe laughed at the redneck boys trying to act gangster) and then to the drive-in and seen The Jungle Book. But we mainly just laughed and made sarcastic jokes about the movie instead of watching it. #thatshowweroll

At the drive-in! #fleekbraids

We went home, drank tea, did DIY hair wraps, cut a penny in half (this actually happened), blasted music so loud you could hear it upstairs (honestly don't know how my parents didn't wake up), and watercolored and laid and bed and wondered if squirrels really do have feelings until 5:30am. True story. Even though we stayed up so late I managed to wake up and not be able to fall back asleep at 9:00am and my musical friend Jacy and I played all the instruments until she had to go home. It was fun :) Oh, and buffalo dip was involved, so that made this whole shin-dig 14984983393281x better.

Jacy and I water coloring at 4:30am and then us with our derpy faces and cut-in-half penny.
The rest of my birthday was spent with family and I did normal stuff. We went to Mexican, Lowes, spent some time at my grandma's house, went home, got a shower, and just relaxed. Oh, and we played on the net swing my dad hung from a huge tree.

Sorry it's so dark; it was pretty late.
And that was a wrap on my birthday! I went to bed and crashed because I was so incredibly tired. (Literally almost fell asleep in Lowes that day) It was really simple but really amazing.
It still doesn't feel like I even had a birthday, or that I could possibly be fifteen but oh well.

Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart for all the sweet comments in my last post! I replied to all of them individually, but just thanks so much!

Let's see what God has for 15!

  1. Happy Birthday dear!!! I had a birthday on the 22, so YAY FOR APRIL BIRTHDAYS!!!
I am soo INFJ, i am sure that i was born on mars or something.
I WOULD LOVE TO CARRY A PISTOL AROUND WITH ME!!! I have no idea what that says about me but that would be awesome.
I totally felt the same way one the eve of my birthday, its like a weird depression and i just wanted to stop the clock for a moment...or maybe a year..

I hope that you have a most amazing 15th year and that dreams will come true for you. You should start saving up to go to Israel because it is like walking in a different world.
I REALLY wanna go back. as soon as I have a job I am going to save up for that. My goal is to go my senior year of highschool.
Any way I really hope you have an amazing year and that you will take advantage of it, I can tell you right now that as a new 16 year old i realize that 15 IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN!! *sniff/wail* But i did belt out " I am 16 going on 17" on my b-day so ..

    1. YOUR COMMENT MADE ME RIDICULOUSLY HAPPY.
And wow, same. I am insanely INFJ!
I am actually terrified of guns. Weird because I'm so redneck.
And yes! A really weird depression. Perfect definition.

And thank you so much! I really should save up for Israel. It's my dream. I'M LEARNING HEBREW AND EVERYTHING!!!

Haha, I will totally belt "16 going on 17" on my birthday too!! And then Dancing Queen when I'm 17, of course. :)

    1. I really did! And THANK YOU! They are literally amazing. I love them so much! It's a Fujifilm Instax Mini 8. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that the film is pretty pricey, but I consider it worth it. I love the vintage-ness and one-of-a-kind photos you get- they will always surprise you with how they turn out! There is also the actual Polaroid brand camera, but it is more expensive. Hope that helped!!
